Andrea: {yawns} Okay... I woke up the other day to realize I hadn't written any gw-stuff in quite a few weeks... so... I whipped up some more Traditions fics.
Notes for these stories: They take place during *Spring*--not exactly Easter, but because I associated Spring with Easter, that holiday does play a role.
2. Traditions focused on the gundam wing boys' children. Traditions Revisited focuses on their grandchildren. I tried to write with the gundam boys in mind. And, with the exception of the first couple of ones, think I managed.
3. This part of the story, while still maintaining the cutesy, these are our kids having fun and being happy theme... there is one story in particular that was hard to write--Spring Picnics--because it mentions the death of two of the fold. I refuse to write the actually death scenes of the gundam pilots, but A Matter of Heart Series ends with the death of quatre, and since he is my last pilot to 'kick-the-bucket', I had to be prepared for the others' deaths, as well. For more details surrounding the deaths of certain folks, I'll include some at the end of the metioned part, and any more will have to be directed to the author.
Okay, with all that out of the way, let's read!

Traditions Revisited: Spring Traditions by Andrea Readwolf

Part One: Pictures with the Easter Bunny

Spring After Colony 235

One-year-old Gabriel Raberba Peacecraft Winner had no clue why his mommy was shaking in her boots, and quite honestly, he couldn't care less. What he really wanted was that big poofy purple feather bobbing in front of them as they stood in line.

"Here," Daddy said, plucking Gabriel up as settling him against Daddy's hip. "Let me have him."

'Yes!' Gabriel thought with glee as he was now in hand's reach of his target.

Just as the little boy began to reach out an authoritative, 'No,' was shot at him as his daddy jostled him a bit. Sulking with disappointment, Gabriel buried his face in his father's neck and scowled.

"Why don't you go order for us," Daddy was talking to Mommy.

"I really think this is a bad idea," Mommy was saying.

The lady with the purple-feathered hat moved away and Gabriel turned to watch her go---What was that? It was huge! All white and softy looking, with bright pink cheeks and a pink tummy... He wanted it!

Gabriel squirmed trying to get Daddy to let go, but Daddy just swung him and murmured against his head, "In a moment."

"Really," Daddy went on. "You don't have to stay and watch. It's okay, I think the two of us can handle it."

"No," Mommy said, but her voice was shaking now, too.

And then Daddy walked inside the little white fence and right up to the Easter Bunny.

"Big bunny," Gabriel cooed excitedly as he was deposited into the bunny's lap. He reached up and glomped onto the bunnies nose as a big, a white flash went off around them.

Grinning insanely, like the proud father he was, Triton cut out the copies of his son's first trip to visit the Easter Bunny. It was *almost* as cute as the previous seasonal picture with Santa Claus. *Almost*.

His dads were gonna love it.
