The woman in the body-hugging evening gown (complete with plunging neckline, plunging back, and hem that barely covered her womanly charms) drew a last, perfume-covered fingertip down between her swelling breasts and smirked into the mirror. Every inch of her was smoothed, waxed, toned, and scented, the dress she wore would cause enough traffic accidents to drive an insurance company executive to tears and, more importantly, she was determined. She was determined as never before in her entire life because she was fully prepared and ready to fight any obstacle with the best weapons there had ever been: a powerfully seductive body and a highly focused mind with just one goal: to claim the greatest prize on earth as her own.
The time had come. The time was now. The prize was hers by right and always had been, she knew that now, even though others, even she herself, had doubted it in the past. But the past was gone and with it any shred of hesitation she had ever had. Tonight was the night that would put an end to the unspoken, to the selflessness, to the feeling that she wasn't worthy of what was rightfully hers. No, it was clear now; as natural as the sun coming up at dawn and as powerful as the tide pounding against the shore, and so now she stalked slowly towards the prize that lay in a small apartment just one-half block north of where she was now.
