Long ago and far away
The Gundam battles raged
Two sides felt they were in the right
And so the war was waged
The Ozzies toppled the Alliance
Til Romefeller toppled them
White Fang rose, and White Fang fell
And the Bartons rose again
And in this madness fought five boys
In machines that walked like men
They took on the world and all its pride
And the Gundams fought to win
Wufei, the pride of the Dragon Clan
And Quatre the Winner's Heir
Quiet Trowa and loud Duo
And Heero all were there
They battled mobile dolls
They battled men
They fought on Earth and space
And then they fought again
Two wars were fought for Khushrenada's pride
And profits for Barton's men
Twice Wing's cannons changed the world
And all mankind did win
No one knows where the Gundams went
After their battles were done
No one knows where the Five did go
Once World Peace had begun
In olden days they told strange tales
Of gunslingers and cowpokes
Of heros riding through the West
And fading into smoke
Were they our modern gunslingers
To ride into sunset's glow?
Were they real or were they tales -
Only Shinigami knows
