Sorry. I meant to have this written up for a while, but I've been hella busy of late. Believe it or not I wrote this on the back of an envelope, sitting in my car, waiting for my sister to finish grocery shopping. Note to self: Learn to put real paper somewhere in the car.
Anyway this takes it from Duo and Trowa still ensconced in Puragatory:
Trowa and Duo were currently hiding in a corner. Trowa looked at Duo, beginning to feel tired with all the hiding and whatnot."Duo, who are you waiting for, anyways?"
A dreamy look came into Duo's eyes and he replied: "...Quinze..."
Trowa facefaulted.
Trowa's little problem had evaporated completely. He wasn't sure but it almost felt like he even had shrinkage worse than any blast of cold water could make. Mr. Happy had left the building and turned into Mr. Turtle.
"Qu- Quinze?" He finally uttered aloud in amazement.
Duo smiled. "Don't let the spindly legs and white hair fool you, he's wonderful," Duo gushed. "He's fallen like Quatre and myself and I would do anything for him."
Trowa now looked very confused. "Well, if that's the case, why are you trying to save me?"
"If Quinze sacrifices you, he will sink further from our former employer's grace. I don't want that to happen," Duo explained.
"Why?"
"Look, just because we are fallen angels, it doesn't mean we can't rise again. I hope that someday Quinze would want to return with me. At least it's my wish. I know he thinks of me as a dumb kid, but he has to know I care," Duo said holding back tears.
"You care about him that much?" Trowa asked. Suddenly he felt a little ashamed questioning Duo that way. 'Have I ever felt that strongly for anyone before?' he wondered to himself.
Duo looked at him with a small, smile. "Yes, I do."
"Well if you two are done with your Oprah moment," Quatre huffed, "We have a sacrifice to abort!"

P.S. Sorry it's not as outrageously funny as Maynard's work but I had to do SOMETHING about Quinze & Duo. ^__^
Oh way, the "rising" of fallen angels concept I sort of borrowed from Miko no Da. Sort of. :)
