I am the Phoenix
Rising from the ashes,
I burn as I fly
Rendering all about me to ashes
I am he whom Death
Cannot conquer
For as I die I am reborn
In a burst of flames and violence
I am the soldier
Who fought for peace
And never knew what
He sought
I am the man
Who has no name
A killer named for
A man of peace
I am vengeance,
Living and breathing
Taken for one whose
Breath has stopped
I am the son of the
Man who killed him
Born to kill, yearning
To stop
Who am I?
