Notes: Feeling silly. Came up with this one. It's not exactly like the running commentary I've had in my head in the past when I'm around men I have crushes on, but pretty close. Now if only I got the same end result!

As Zechs droned on about some part of the plan to infiltrate a smugglers ring to Noin for the fifth time, she sat with her eyes seemingly hanging on every word, while her thoughts lay elsewhere.
'Damn he's beautiful! Those eyes. I've seen them in pain and in conflict, I wonder what they look like in passion?'
"If we get Wufei and Sally to pose as buyers ..." Zechs mumbled on.
'I wish he would kiss me just once,' Noin inwardly sighed. 'I wish I wasn't a coward and just take the initiative myself.'
"Noin? Are you listening?" Zechs asked looking at Noin's glazed expression.
"Of course I am, Zechs," Noin smiled. "Please continue." Meanwhile her brain was now yelling 'Kiss me Stupid! What are you waiting for? A mobile suit to sprout out of my loins?'
Noin almost giggled aloud at the thought. 'Boy, am I losing it or what? It would be great if I could just throw him down on this table and ...' She couldn't help it, she flushed while trying to suppress the hentai grin that was trying to form on her lips. 'Maybe the direct approach could work. ... Zechs I am attracted to you ... Yeah right that would work ... it will work the day monkeys fly out of my butt!'
"Noin, have you been listening at all to anything I've been saying?" Zechs asked again.
"Yes," Noin said irritably. "Wufei and Sally are buyers. You do your 'I'm Milliardo, no I'm Zechs and I need vengeance' routine. They sell to you and Sally and Wufei will grab them!"
Zechs looked taken aback. "I myself wasn't planning to factor into the equation. But you know, that's not such a bad angle to play," Zechs said slowly pondering the possibility.
'Kiss me, Stupid! Put me out of my misery. Are those lips as soft yet strong as I imagine them? Could you care for someone like me?'
"Noin ..."
'God! Just once call me Lucrezia! Is that so hard?' Noin mentally shook herself out of her mope. "Yes, Zechs?"
Zechs got up from his chair at the end of the table and walked over to where Noin was sitting. He pulled her up out of the chair and was staring deeply in her eyes.
"Zechs?" Noin asked a little worried. 'Have I done something wrong?'
Zechs placed one hand under her chin and pulled her close. He kissed her.
His lips were as sweet and exquisite as she had always imagined. All rational thoughts were leaving her head as she realized she really was being kissed stupid.
Once they reluctantly separated from the kiss, Noin looked up at Zechs and asked, "Why?"
Zechs smiled. "I'm not sure why. You looked like you could use that. But if you don't want me to..."
"Finish that sentence and you die!" Noin laughed.
