"Duo, tell me about yourself?"
What does he mean by that? Tell him about myself? I've done nothing but talk since I met him! For the past... I don't even know how long, he's been treated to an all but endless one-sided dialogue, and he wants me to tell him about myself? I've told him everything there is to know about me...
Well, no. I've told him everything there is to know about me that I'm willing to let people know. I haven't said anything about my past, and other than the occasional wild flight of fancy just to see if anyone was even listening, I haven't talked about my plans for the future. And here he is, listening for a big fat change, and I don't have anything to say.
He looks surprised, and I realize I've been just gaping at him for several moments. By now he's probably thinking over all the times he would've wanted to render me speechless.
"What's to tell?" I ask, shrugging. "There's no big mystery here; you already know all about me. Now Wufei, on the other hand, *there's* a man of mystery...."
If I didn't know better I'd swear he looked disappointed.
