Notes on the Japanese glossary: There's a Japanese glossary at the end of each chapter of this fic so that everyone can understand the words I use; I stand by my translations and I think they're rather good. However, I learned at various points three different systems of romanizing (translating to our alphabet from the Japanese alphabet), and they kind of blend together for me. So don't use me as a reason for squibbling over spelling it "ryokai" or "ryoukai" or "ryookai," etc. It's the same word.
