Hey all, this is my brand spanking new story. But no worries to all of you (the three or so people) who are waiting for the next part to ANSND, or Mission:UCA or Pilot 07, or the first to the sequel of Lullaby. I will get to those, but I have no idea on what to do with them now. So this one is to keep me busy and give my muses some time to decide what to do next.

It was only 6 months after the end of the war when a new enemy appeared. No one knew what it was, but it was obvious it was there for trouble. The first sign was the fact that a world renowned base, the only one still in action, was destroyed one evening. There was no warning, only the resounding boom and the flash of light that was seen for hundreds of miles. They told the public that it was an accident, but 10 individuals knew better. And that is where this story begins, at a meeting between the Queen of the Earth and the five boys known as the Gundam pilots.
"Relena, will you listen to me. There is something out there and it is hell bent on destroying us." Duo paced the long room, whipping his braid behind him. His lover watched him silently as he passed him for the tenth time.
"Duo is right Miss Relena, my uchuu no kokoro is telling me that they are not friendly. We must build up a resistance or be destroyed." Quatre gazed though his honey hair at the leader of the world as she sat passively in her chair.
"We live in peace, we have no resources. We can only pray that we can come to an.."
"It won't happen. Give us permission to defend this world, and give us access to the Doctors old lab." Heero stood and grabbed the braid of his lover, forcing him to stop.
"What? Well, Heero, I do trust you, so I give you permission. But try not to get yourself killed ok. I don't want to have to put up with Duo whining over you," she smiled softly at the couple. They had told her of their relationship a while ago and she had embraced them happily. She only wanted them to be happy after their ordeals. It had been hard to convince Zechs of her decision, but eventually he had embraced Duo as a brother. Heero had remained skeptical of Relena's true motives until the day when she showed him the adoption papers, and told him that no matter what she would never under any circumstances hurt her brother.
"Fine, guys come on. We have work to do," with that Heero exited the room, followed by Duo who was complaining because Heero had yet to let go his braid. After they left Quatre and Wufei went next, and Trowa finished the procession. They all knew where they were going, and they hurried on their way. It was clear to them all that they were going to need help this time. It was time to defrost their partners.
