Ok folks, this part contains the compulsory and obligatory yaoi lemon scenes, so if you don't like yaoi or lemon and you are under the legal age of your community, do not read. There are some zero gravity lemon scenes here, and since neither I, nor most likely you, have ever had sex in zero gravity, or out in space, the actions/reactions are completely of my imagination although I did try to stick to Newton's third law as best I could. (For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction). Hey, I just realized, that law not only applies to physics but it applies to lemons, too. No wonder Newton was a genius!

BotB Arc 11: Bronze by KwyckSylver

Act 13

Howard rushed to the engine room as soon as the shuttle had docked with the much larger Peacemillion. His engineer had reported problems with the main propulsion system. It had gone down unexpectedly and so far they'd had no luck getting it up and running.

If they didn't, it would mean operating the ship off the reserve engines all the way to the colonies. As it was, they couldn't produce enough power to get them there in less than ten hours and keep everything working. Some parts of the ship and some functions would have to be shut down.

Howard began barking orders, "shut down all unused areas of the ship and leave the gravity controls on only in the essential areas, excluding the hangers. That should get us a little more speed in the back ups," he turned to the engineer, "so what happened before the mains shut down?"

"See, like I told you, bigger room, bigger bunk," Duo said as they entered.

Heero put their luggage away as Duo set Junior's cage on the floor.

"What's the matter little buddy?" Duo cooed to the parrot then turned to Heero, "have you noticed he's been quiet ever since we boarded the shuttle? I think he's looking a little green around the gills, too."

Heero looked at Junior, then at Duo, "but he's supposed to be green, that's his color."

"I meant, he doesn't look like he feels well," Duo explained.

"Oh . . . well maybe he doesn't like space travel," Heero remarked, " I bet he'll perk up now that we're in a normal gravity field."

"Oh damn! That reminds me," Duo rushed out of the room, and left Heero with his mouth half open, cutting off what he was about to say.

"Well Mr. Li, the sale will take a couple of weeks to finalize, but you can consider yourself the new owner of The Book Worm," the lawyer extended his hand in a congratulatory shake.

"Thank you," Georgie responded, "I think I'm going to have fun owning it," he turned to Sasha, "how about some lunch first, then we get started with the inventory?"

"Sounds good to me, Georgie."

"Now that I'm an honest businessman, I think I should start using my real name," he replied, "it's going to take some getting used to though."

"Your name really is John Li?" she giggled.

"Yeah, I'm afraid so," Georgie, now John, said with a wide grin, "you have no idea how hard it was to hold my tongue or keep from laughing when Wufei came up with John Lee as an alias."

"I can imagine," Sasha continued to giggle, "no wonder when you told them Georgie wasn't your real name either, it was said so tongue in cheek."

"But that's not all, my son is named John as well, John Jr., you'll be meeting him later today."

"You talked to him? Georgie, I'm so happy for you," she gave him a quick hug.

"He's attending the university here," he said, "small world, huh? And remember, it's John now, Georgie no longer exists."

"Yes, John," she grinned, "I can't wait to meet him."

"You want me to what?" Wufei asked.

"Keep an eye on Junior for a while, please?" Duo grinned, "just for about an hour or so."

"I was planning on going to sleep and you know how much noise he makes," Wufei pointed out.

"He'll be as quiet as he was on the shuttle, I promise. He's a little out of sorts from the trip. In fact he'll probably go to sleep as soon as you put his cover over his cage."

"Hmmmm, all right. I'll watch him, but only for an hour. And I better not regret this."

"I promise," Duo solemnly vowed, "all we need is an hour."

"Hurry up, before I change my mind," Wufei smiled.

Duo didn't need to be told twice.

"So, have you found the problem yet?" Howard asked the Peacemillion's engineer, who had the misfortune of being named Scotty. His name was an endless source of humor for Howard, too bad it was always the same jokes.

"We've gone over the engines several times and we can't find what it is Howard. Quite frankly, we're all stumped. And no its not the trilithium crystals or the flux capacitor," he'd nip those jokes in the bud right then and there.

"Maybe a tribble found its way inside," Howard's eyes gleamed with mirth.

"No tribbles, and before you say it, no flat cats either," Scotty smirked, "honestly Howard, we have a problem here and we just can't figure it out," his voice turned serious.

"That's ok, Scotty, because I already have," Howard answered, "come here and I'll show you what the problem is and how to fix it."

"Treize?" Col Pulaski shook the Oz leader's shoulder, waking him.

"Hmmm? What is it Alban?" Treize yawned as he wiped the sleep from his face.

"We just got a transmission from the Peacemillion. Her captain reports her arrival at the rendezvous point will be delayed."

"For how long?" Treize sat upright in the seat and rubbed his eyes, wiping out any vestiges of sleep that may have lingered.

"They're not sure. They've developed a problem with their main engines and are attempting to repair it. They will report back with a new ETA once they know."

"Make sure Une stays informed of the situation. Maintain our speed for now and we will make adjustments once we hear from Peacemillion," he ordered.

"Will do," Col. Pulaski responded, returning to the communications station.

"Geez, we've got about ten hours to kill, what shall we do?" Trowa asked with a humorous twinkle in his eye.

"We could go over our mission briefings again," Quatre suggested half-heartedly.

"I can recite those in my sleep," Trowa said with a shake of his head.

"We can check the systems on our gundams," Quatre proposed.

"We've done that about five times now, they're fine," Trowa pointed out.

"We could offer to help Howard," he suggested weakly.

"He has a whole crew who knows the ship better than we do," Trowa reminded him.

Quatre moved closer, "I guess that leaves just one thing . . ."

"I was wondering when you'd get around to that," Trowa smiled as they leaned toward each other and their lips touched . . .

Remnant's of his dream flickered, impressions of something just out of reach. It left him with a sense of well being that even the news of Peacemillion could not dispel. If only he could remember it.

As he rose from his seat, an image flashed, leaving as quickly as it came.

"Dragon," Treize whispered.

"This had better be good," Heero grinned, as Duo busied himself by pulling off Heero's shirt and pinning him to the bunk, "you made me wait, you know."

Duo grinned back, as Heero wrapped his arms around him, tugging him closer, "It'll be as good as we make it."

Heero gazed up at Duo, drinking in the sight of him as Duo looked him over, the hunger obvious in his violet eyes.

Lips brushed against lips as tongues entwined. Desires grew as clothes were hastily shed, bodies eager for skin to touch skin. A hand reached out, finding the controls on the table next to the bed, and turned the dial.

"Oh ghodz!" Heero wheezed, "turn the dial the other way, you're squeezing the breath out of me!"

Duo had already felt himself grow heavier and had begun resetting the controls, but the stronger gravity made the effort difficult. He got lighter as he turned the dial in the opposite direction, stopping when he reached the normal pull of the Earth. He wasn't sure what the effect would be going from heavy gravity to lighter than normal in a few seconds, and didn't want to take the chance of making them sick.

"Oh, Heero!" he exclaimed as he panted for air. Being heavier had made it harder to breathe, "I'm sorry, I got the settings mixed up."

The best Heero could do to let Duo know he was fine was to flop an arm. His breathing was much harder, not only had he experienced Duo's heaviness but his own as well.

Duo rolled off of him and began to giggle. All Heero could do was turn his head and glare, which made Duo giggle even more.

"I'm sorry Heero, I mean, really I am sorry, but I can't help it," Duo tried to explain, "I know it's not funny but I did almost turn your salami into pressed ham," he broke into another fit of giggles.

Heero's breathing slowly returned to normal, as did his strength. He quickly rolled on top of Duo, catching him by the wrists as well as by surprise. He held Duo with one hand while the other turned the dial, this time in the right direction.

Scowling, he threatened, "Now this had really better be worth it." The scowl changed to a smile as Heero lowered his mouth to Duo's in a scorching kiss.

Wufei pulled his treasured doujinshis out of his bag. He had nothing to do, except baby sit that crazy bird of Duo's. He looked through them, and selected the Bronze number one. So much had happened these last few days, ever since he had walked into that little bookstore.

//Life does take the strangest of twists// he thought. What unseen force had led him to that apartment in that neighborhood? What unseen force had sent him to the bookstore? Was there such a thing as fate?

He smiled, even though he didn't know the answer, it was a good thing that force was on his side. He sat down and began to read.

"Trowa, will you just relax?" Quatre chuckled.

"I can't help it," the green eyed boy answered, "I half expect Spot to come charging through that door at any minute."

"Ah . . . we're in space, he's on Earth," Quatre said pointedly.

"I know that, but still . . . (sigh) . . . I guess I'm just tired of sleeping in beds that aren't ours."

"Yeah, I miss being home too. At least it won't be much longer, then we will be."

"That's not what I meant," Trowa smiled, "for me, home is wherever you are. What I miss is the privacy. No chattering parrots, no dinosaurs sneaking in to bed with us and no noisy neighbors," he jerked his thumb towards the bulkheads that separated their cabin from Heero's and Duo's. The sounds of rhythmic thump, thump, thumping echoed through the room.

"We can either ignore it or match it," Quatre giggled as he resumed his lovemaking and began stroking to the tempo beating through the wall.

They were floating, suspended in mid-air.

"UmmmUUUMMMummm," Duo slid his tongue down Heero's shaft, the blue eyed pilot jerked from the tingling sensations that stirred in him. While his tongue continued sliding and licking and twisting around Heero's full engorgement, Heero took the braided boy's hardness between his lips and began devouring it. He sucked, nibbled and flicked his tongue up and down. Duo bucked, plunging his highly aroused shaft further into Heero's hungry mouth. While Heero devoted his undivided attention to Duo's swollen member, Duo's hands held tightly to Heero's cheeks, his long slim fingers stroking inside and along Heero's crevice as his lips gently massaging Heero's cock, sending shivers through their bodies and soft moans from their throats.

Their movements gently pushed them around the room, stopping only when Duo's butt met the bulkhead. Heero felt Duo make contact with the wall, and he liked the leverage it gave him. Holding on to Duo's hips, Heero began sucking and tonguing his way up and down Duo's erection, pounding Duo's backside into the wall with every thrust of his mouth.

"Heero . . . Heero . . . Heero . . ." Duo uttered insistently.

"Huh? What?" Heero lifted his head, ceasing his relentless assault.

"Ease up a bit there, Tiger. You're beating my ass against the wall and turning my woody into splinters."

"Li'l Shini seems to be enjoying it," Heero grinned.

"But my ass doesn't," Duo pointed to his abused backside, "look!."

Heero turned him around, and examined the 'damage', Duo's backside was turning pink where it had made contact with the bulkhead. Heero covered the area with small gentle kisses.

"Better?" he teased as he turned Duo around so they were face to face.

"Better," Duo agreed, "but let's try something else now."

Duo gently pushed them away from the bulkhead and they slowly drifted back over the bunk.

"Damn!" Duo exclaimed, "I forgot the lube."

"The thumping's stopped," Trowa grinned as he pulled Quatre down for a kiss.

Quatre ummm'd as Trowa's mouth met his. Their tongues tasted, slid and entwined as Quatre pumped and moved inside his green eyed lover. Trowa murmured soft noises as Quatre wriggled and moved, sending shivers through their forms.

"Do you know what you do to me?" Quatre whispered in Trowa's ear, "you give me strength."

"The strength is yours, love. It's always been there," Trowa brushed blond wisps from Quatre's face.

He raised the two of them to kneel on the bed, then lowered them both back down with him on top of Quatre. Trowa began moving up and down, raising and lowering himself on Quatre's erection. Quatre took hold of Trowa's hardness, caressing and fondling it. He massaged the tip with his thumb as he did so and it drove Trowa wild with need.

Trowa lowered his head until he and Quatre were nose to nose, "Do you know what you do to me?" he softly murmured in return. Quatre shook his head, the things Trowa was doing to him left him momentarily voiceless.

"You make me feel loved . . . and needed," he continued whispering, "you've given me your heart and I give you mine, to keep forever."

Trowa began gliding and dipping faster over Quatre's engorged flesh. Quatre hugged him tighter with one arm and quickened his motions as he slid his other hand up and down his lover's waiting shaft.

They continued to glide and slide, stroke and dip. Their motions getting more fierce and intense as their orgasms began to build. Quatre cried out as he came first, enraptured by the beautiful being that shared his love.

Trowa climaxed violently, filling Quatre's palm with his seed. He too cried out, again avowing his devotion to the one who held his soul.

They lay beside each other, snuggling, cuddling and whispering soft words. Their bodies glowed with the sheen of their lovemaking.

Quatre was about to suggest a shower when . . . .

"They've started up again," he laughed. The thumps had returned.

"What do you mean, you forgot the lube?"

Duo could not resist and kissed the cute pout off Heero's lips.

"I didn't forget to bring it, it's down there," he pointed at their bags strapped to the deck.

"Uh . . .Duo, I just realized something."

"What?"

"We're up here, the lube's down there . . . and so are the controls. Just how are we getting down?"

Heero floated in front of Duo, with his arms crossed in front of him, a 'here's another fine mess you've gotten us into' look on his face.

"Don't worry, I have it figured out," Duo chuckled, " first we have to turn ourselves upside down, with our feet touching the ceiling."

Which was easier said than done. Each little movement they made that was not completely perpendicular to the ceiling would send them sideways or at a diagonal. After several attempts, which included a lot of bumps and bangs against the wall and ceiling, they finally had themselves positioned where they wanted to be and held on to one another to stay put.

"So what comes next?"

"I'm going to crawl down you," Duo answered smugly.

Heero thought for a few seconds, "That sounds like it might work," he agreed, "but how are you going keep from drifting off?"

"You are going to hold on to me, that way I'm an extension of you. Then when I have the lube, you pull me back."

Heero pulled Duo tighter to his chest, remembering to move toward him at the same time.

"I'm really wondering if all this trouble is worth it," he whispered, "you know, sex and gravity has always been a pretty good mix," he began grinding their hips together as if to emphasize his point

"So what are you saying, Heero?"

"I'm saying I'm horny as hell, get us down so we can finish . . . please!" Heero was gritting his teeth.

"You're still going to have to lower me," Duo pointed out, looking a little disappointed.

"But not as far," Heero reminded him, "it is a good idea, koi and we will try it, just not right now."

"Oh hell," it was Duo's turn to pout, "Ok (sigh) I'm going down to turn the gravity up."

He began his descent, keeping straight with Heero as he worked his way down as if Heero was a ladder. Heero held on to his ankles as he lowered himself, helping him to keep steady and not make any extra movements.

When Duo had himself pulled halfway down Heero . . . Heero could not resist and nipped him.

"Hey!" Duo yelped, "cut it out!"

"You have to expect that when you stick it in my face," Heero smirked, then took another nip.

"Wait till we get back down, will ya? I've almost got it."

Duo stretched his arms and wrapped his fingers around the dial. He turned it slowly, gradually increasing the pull within the room and they began their gentle fall to the waiting bunk.

Duo was struck by a sudden thought and did not wait for them to settle. He pounced on Heero, their momentum slamming them against the wall.

"You asked for it, Yui," he whispered roughly and pushed Heero down on the bed seizing his mouth in a forceful kiss that had an urgency to it that Duo had never shown before.

Duo pressed him further into the mattress as he slid on top of Heero, framing his arms around that unruly mane, his fingers entwining the hair around them. Duo began rubbing himself against Heero, the friction getting them more excited.

Duo released Heero's mouth long enough to say, "I love you, Heero. I want you to know that."

Heero took the opportunity to grab Duo and hold him up at arms length away from him.

"What's going on?" he asked, concern filled his face, "one minute you're playing and the next you're acting like this, what's wrong?"

"It . . . just hit me . . . this may be our last time together. Even with Oz's help, Romefeller may have a very nasty surprise waiting for us," Duo's normally cheerful outlook had turned melancholy and it ate at Heero's heart.

Heero rolled them over and held his braided lover as tightly as he could, "Duo, I treat each time as if it was our last. This time is no different."

"I always do too . . . it's just that I got this sudden feeling . . . I can't explain it, Heero. For once I actually felt . . . scared. I had a sudden need to show you how much I love you."

"I love you as well. And I consider myself lucky that you do love me. I don't know of anyone else that would put up with me the way you do."

The mischievous twinkle returned to Duo's eyes.

"I know," he quipped, "and yes you should consider yourself lucky."

Duo kissed Heero again, but this time the kiss was more sweet and sensuous . . . and more calm.

"Now where's that lube?" he reached out to grab his bag.

"Forget it," Heero said grabbing his hand and pulling it back, "we don't need it."

He turned himself around and took Duo in his mouth. Duo laid back on the bed, momentarily taking in the feel of Heero's mouth around his cock, savoring every sensation his lips and tongue created. He gasped with every tingle, every tickle and every shiver that coursed through him. He pulled Heero's hips to him and engulfed him, duplicating Heero's performance.

Two heads, one tousled and one braided, bobbed and weaved in slow caressing movements, while throats released moans and sighs of pleasure. Delightful stirrings turned into heated pleasures as movements increased and desires were met.

Bodies cried out in mindless climactic rapture as orgasms swelled and burst into showers of ecstasy, then collapsed, spent and exhausted, into a serene bliss.

Heero crawled up to Duo, laying next to him. Clutching each other tightly, they lay their heads on the pillows, Heero turned his head.

"I love you," he murmured.

"I love you," Duo answered, "thank you, Heero. I feel more at ease now," he softly kissed Heero's lips.

"I'm glad," Heero answered, "you having a bad feeling about something is not a good thing."

Duo grinned, "just be glad I'm not Quatre, then we really would have something to worry about."

Heero laughed, "if you were Quatre, I'd be in a hell of a lot of trouble right now."

"Damned right you would be," Duo smirked, "let's get some sleep," he yawned, "Goodnight koi."

"Goodnight koi," Heero answered as they kissed, then settled down to sleep.

Five gundam pilots occupied three cabins in a spaceship headed for an uncertain future.

The occupants of two of those cabins were fast asleep, dreaming dreams of a future they could only hope for.

The occupant of the third cabin put the last of his doujinshis away and smiled as he removed his earplugs.

"Why didn't I think of this sooner?" he grinned as he readied himself for bed. Junior was already sound asleep.

Wufei laid his head on his pillow, turned off the light, rolled over and fell asleep as well.

In another part of the ship, Howard and his chief engineer finished cleaning off the grease from their hands.

"Crank her over," Howard said, "let's see what she does now."

The engineer reset the start controls for the ships propulsion engines and hit the button. The engines sprang to life and continued to run.

"Good," Howard grinned, "she's purring like a cat again. Contact Oz and tell 'em we're now running at full speed and will rendezvous with them in five hours."

Howard looked at the antique watch he always wore, he liked the idea of just winding it up, no batteries to replace, making note of the time.

"I'll let those boys have a couple more hours sleep," he said, "might as well catch me some z's too."

The engineer informed the communications officer, who contacted Treize's ship, updating them that Peacemillion was back on schedule.

"It won't be long now," Col. Pulaski commented, "this is our chance to crush Romefeller for good."

"Why crush them, when you can take them over?" Treize remarked.

"That's been your plan all along, hasn't it?" Col. Pulaski asked.

"We can't sink Romefeller, she's too big," Treize pointed out, "the best we can do is change her course."

"In the direction you think she should go," Pulaski stated.

"Of course," Treize smiled.

Treize looked out the view ports, the colonies were just coming visible as small points of light.

"It won't be long now," he said.
